A transit of Venus across the Sun takes place when the planet Venus passes directly between the Sun and Earth (or another planet), becoming visible against (and hence obscuring a small portion of) the solar disk. During a transit, Venus can be seen from Earth as a small black disk moving across the face of the Sun. The duration of such transits is usually measured in hours (the transit of 2012 lasted 6 hours and 40 minutes). A transit is similar to a solar eclipse by the Moon. While the diameter of Venus is more than 3 times that of the Moon, Venus appears smaller, and travels more slowly across the face of the Sun, because it is much farther away from Earth.
Transits of Venus are among the rarest of predictable astronomical phenomena.[1] They occur in a pattern that generally repeats every 243 years, with pairs of transits eight years apart separated by long gaps of 121.5 years and 105.5 years. The periodicity is a reflection of the fact that the orbital periods of Earth and Venus are close to 8:13 and 243:395 commensurabilities.[2][3]
The last transit of Venus was on 5 and 6 June 2012, and was the last Venus transit of the 21st century; the prior transit took place on 8 June 2004. The previous pair of transits were in December 1874 and December 1882. The next transits of Venus will be December 10–11, 2117, and in December 2125

All of us experienced to have bad dreams..
Why does it have to feel so real? We usually wake up feeling anxious and afraid.

A nightmare is an unpleasant dream that can cause a strong negative emotional response from the mind, typically fear or horror, but also despair, anxietyand great sadness. The dream may contain situations of danger, discomfort, psychological or physical terror. Sufferers usually awaken in a state of distress and may be unable to return to sleep for a prolonged period of time.

Nightmares can have physical causes such as sleeping in an uncomfortable or awkward position, having a fever, or psychological causes such as stress andanxiety or death. Eating before going to sleep, which triggers an increase in the body's metabolism and brain activity, is a potential stimulus for nightmares.Recurrent nightmares that can interfere with sleeping patterns and cause insomnia may require medical help.

Trauma is also one caused of nightmare. Recurrent dreams about your past experiences.  Being anxious or unable to cope with stress.  Worst case like one is unable t sleep because of recurrent nightmare must seek medical help because this can distort the body's level of function.  A healthy body and mind can help improve sleeping patterns. Most of all a prayer to be secured. It will not harm to to call His name from time to time.. ^^

Friday 2 : one sweet night

Friday 1: where it all began

Summer is here and this is our first friday together..  our youngest is the one taking this pixs^^.. We planned to give time once a week.  Yesterday and that was friday.. we started the fellowship.. sharing of verses and lessons.. this way eventhough we can't go to church at least we can be the church..It was awkward at first though, we don't know where to start, but when the verse was shared.. everybody starts sharing.. that was nice and we plan to continue it.. More pix to comes^^

is it normal to miss someone you have not been with? actually you've been with him, but you are not that close before.. you've known him and begin to like him through the social network.. heheh.. then, you realize ah~~~ he's nice not because he showed interest on you but because you can talk anything to him and he is enduring all your kabuangan and ka abnormalan.. thank u! ^^you have that feeling that you cannot understand when you see his face...avatar? hehe ANNG? he is not available of course but that's ok...before you can think, you have a bestfriend then, there would be times you would think what if we became close or we've known each other before.. maybe .. it would be more fun ^^... right? why have you not showed up before? where have you gone? where oh where? why i have not seen you before? it is because... both of you look young and ugly before.. you have different interests and different circles of people.. haha.. Then, of course with that friendship there is love.. love that you have to set limits.. limits??? maybe not limited just the right kind of Love.. There would be times that he thinks my mind is kind of strange...like na-umol daw ako sa iya hahahahah....  but there are no dirty things going on my mind.. indi man ako dirty minded! whew! THen, he might think i am not searching because he is there..Well, all i can say is that i am not searchng for now because i am happy.. I have my love ones and i have you my dear friend.. i am satisfied for now that is why i am not in search for a boyfriend.. Maybe in the future.. Of course i also want to have a boyfriend and when that time comes.. i want to be prepared and that i will love him because i love him and not because i must love him.. Love is not an obligation, it s felt as what u said.. So, for now can i share my love with u? hehehe , so that when he comes i will share it with him also..o di bah.. chessy noh?  He does not have to be perfect... indi man ako choosy noh! indi man high ang standards ko.. but maybe you also know that when you like someone the feeling should be right.. When you get married everything will change .. or just simply the future will change.. we don't know how, when and why, that is why let's enjoy today.. let's take the chance that God has given to us.. ang chance nga sang-una tani.. puro tani.. patani?  Maybe this is the chance that He has given to us... Ostara, Goddess of Spring and the Dawn (Oestre / Eastre)
Easter is named for a Saxon goddess who was known by the names of Oestre or Eastre, and in Germany by the name of Ostara. She is a goddess of the dawn and the spring, and her name derives from words for dawn, the shining light arising from the east. Our words for the "female hormone" estrogen derives from her name.

Ostara was, of course, a fertility goddess. Bringing in the end of winter, with the days brighter and growing longer after the vernal equinox, Ostara had a passion for new life. Her presence was felt in the flowering of plants and the birth of babies, both animal and human. The rabbit (well known for its propensity for rapid reproduction) was her sacred animal.

Easter eggs and the Easter Bunny both featured in the spring festivals of Ostara, which were initially held during the feasts of the goddess Ishtar | Inanna. Eggs are an obvious symbol of fertility, and the newborn chicks an adorable representation of new growth. Brightly colored eggs, chicks, and bunnies were all used at festival time to express appreciation for Ostara's gift of abundance.

"Annabel Lee" is the last complete poem composed by American author Edgar Allan Poe. Like many of Poe's poems, it explores the theme of the death of a beautiful woman. The narrator, who fell in love with Annabel Lee when they were young, has a love for her so strong that even angels are jealous. He retains his love for her even after her death. There has been debate over who, if anyone, was the inspiration for "Annabel Lee". i saw a movie last night, an old movie of "1998" about love and magic, witches and crafts, comedy and drama.  In that movie the witches' family has a curse.  The curse started with a simple magic from their great great mighty mother who fell in love and broke her heart.  so, she made a spell  not to fall in love and not to get hurt and whoever fall in love will feel so much pain.  after several generation, it became a curse.  the moment a family member falls in love their lover or husband will die. In this movie there were two sisters: One casted a spell to protect herself not to get hurt, so she made up her dream guy. She knows he does not exist therefore she won't fall in love and die with a broken heart.. but the other sister uses a potion to make men fall for her and she enjoyed it.. i got curious about love potion and i want to share some:
